He was born in Lubbock, Texas and earned his B.S. in Biological Sciences from The University of the Pacific’s Accelerated Dental Program. He continued towards his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, earning his doctorate at the age of 23.
Just as CEO of MB2 Dental Dr. Chris Villanueva had the passion for training and mentoring doctors, Dr. Akhil Reddy also put his efforts towards growth and access of dentistry. Increasing access to all socioeconomic classes has been the main focus and motivation of his lifestyle and career.
Dr. Akhil Reddy thrives in the dental space by ensuring he does not procrastinate. He is proactive in new situations and continues to take care of himself and his patients through education and mentality.
As Dr. Akihil Reddy enjoys mentoring others, he elaborates that each decade of experience is valuable and that taking on mentors as a young age is one of the best ways to learn through training. He aims to build a culture of respect and positive growth through genuinely caring about his employees.
